Bookings and Availability
Booking time required is usually about 4-6 weeks. However, this time may vary during busy periods, especially during summer where at times Bella Cake Art may be booked months ahead. Short notice orders can occasionally be accommodated depending on availability. Cupcakes and cake pops and sweet treats can usually be accommodated but for larger cakes with intricate designs it cannot be guaranteed. For your piece of mind we advise to book in early.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is the only way to secure your date which is non refundable. There is a limited number of availability each week so as to be able to give them the full attention to detail and provide you with a a beautifully decorated and delicious cake.
The deposit can be paid either in cash, bank transfer, paypal or credit card.
Cake Collection
Cakes may be collected between the hours of 12 midday and 5pm each weekday (these can be negotiated if a later time is required), Saturdays before 1pm by agreement. Sundays and public holidays are by agreement only. Cakes are to be picked up at a mutually agreed time firstly to make sure your order is complete and secondly that someone is there to hand you order to you, additional charges may be incurred for pick-up of cakes outside the above or agreed time frames. Once the cake leaves the Bella Cake Art premises all responsibility lies with the client.
Deliveries
Bella Cake Art can deliver to the Melbourne Metropolitan and Surrounds, and the Yarra Valley.
